What are the Dos and Don'ts of Mrs. Lindsay's Science Lab?

    Do
    1. Wear goggles
    2. Use thongs to pick up hot objects.
    3. Where a safety apron.
    4. Wash your hands before and after dealing with chemicals.
    5. Be careful with sharp objects

    Do's and Dont's of Mrs. Lindsay's lab

    Do's:

    . Behave
    . Follow instructions from teacher
    . Focus
    . If something spills tell the instructor immediately
    . Pay attention
    . Listen for instructions
    . Ask questions if you don't know
    . Come prepared to lab
    . Keep your lab and work area neat and tidy
    . Wash your hands with soap and water before leaving lab

    Donts's:
    .Don't bring food into lab
    .Dont't play with materials
    . Never carry dangerous chemicals or hot equipment near other people
    . Never hold hot glassware without proper tools.
    . No yelling
    . No pushing/shoving
    . No practical jokes on anyone
    . No running

    *No horseplay
    *Dont drink any substances
    *No running
    *Dont perform a lab with out instructions
    *Dont bring food into lab

    Do's
    *Listen for instructions before performing a experiment
    *Wash you hands always after a lab with soap and water
    *Ask questions about something if you don't understand it
    *If something spills or brakes inform the teacher immediatly
    *Keep your work area neat and clean
    *Use proper safety equipment

    Dos*

    -Stay in your seat
    -Listen to instructions
    -Do the task you are asked to do
    -Be prepared for class everyday
    -Pay attention
    -Make sure you understand what yu have to do
    -Ask for help if you don't understand the instructions
    -Follow Class Rules
    -If u do something wrong, tell the teacher immediately
    -Wash hands before leaving lab.
    -Use only materials you are asked to use
    - If there is a fire, listen to teacher and don't try to put the fire out.
    -Hair has to be tied up
    -Wear Safety goggles


    Don'ts *

    -Don't touch anything your not suppose to.
    -Don't get out of your seat unless you have permission.
    -Don't eat any food we're working with
    -No baggy clothes
    -No open-toes shoes
    -No big jewelery
    -Don't clean up broken glass, let the teacher do it.
    -If you're mad at someone, don't take your anger out in class because you might hit someone or something.
    -No eating
    -No drinkinq
    -Don't play with materials
    -Don't put anything right by your nose if you're smellinq it.
    -Don't rub your eyes if you used chemicals
    -Don't steal anything
    -Don't bring any electronic devices
    -If somethinq falls, don't crowd around it to see what happens.
    -Don't throw things across the room.
    -Don't put anything in your mouth and doesn't belong there.

    do's:

    -read all directions
    -only mix chemicals that you are told to
    -tell the teacher if anything happened
    -pay attention
    -wear your lab coat
    -wear your goggles
    -wash hands after dealing with chemicals
    -before you leave make sure you keep your area clean
    -wear scruchies for hair(girls)
    -always be prepared
    -sniff something by putting it far away away and fan the aroma towards you

    don'ts:

    -no playing
    -don't get out of your seat
    -no eating or drinking
    -don't sniff something up close
    -don't drink the chemicals in lab
    -don't leave without washing hands
    -no baggie clothes
    -no loose hair
    -don't start without listening wat you have to do

    - tie your hair

    - get a wash station
    - wear closed shoes

    - horseplay
    - wear beggy clothes
    - pour
    - mix chemical
    - eat in lab
    - use hands to pick glass
    - taste anything

    5. Don't work near electrical outlets or chords.
    5. Do not sniff anything without being told.
    6. Do not start lab without instructions.
    Do's.
    7. For girls no loose hair.
    1. Sit in your seat.
    2. Pay attention attentively.
    3. Copy down anything on the board that is for you to copy.
    4. Do all work and work cooperatively.
    5. Do all work or it will come back to haunt you.
    Dont's
    1. Do not run in class.
    2 Getting up without permission.
    3. Yelling in class.
    4.Talking when teacher is talking .
    5. Using foul language.

    Do's

    1. Listen to and follow all instructions carefully
    2. Know where all safety equipment is
    3. Wear any safety equipment when provided
    4. Pay attention
    5. Clean up any spills immediately
    6. Inform Mrs.Lindsay if there is any catastrophe (ex fire, bad chemical reaction)
    7. Tie up hair ladies

    Dont's
    1. Play around
    2. Point beaker at yourself or someone when heating
    3. Conduct your own little "experiment"
    4. Leave anything unattended
    5. Leave classroom without cleaning up
    6. Wear baggy clothes or open-toed shoes
    7. Taste anything unless instructed to
    8. Touch anything until instructed to

    - Listen to ALL instructions carefully and attentively
    - Be aware of others around you
    - Tell a teacher if there is a spill of any sort
    - Wear any protective clothing when needed
    - Tie up your hair(ladies)
    - Tell a teacher if there is glass broken

    Don'ts
    - Wear baggy clothes
    - Mix unknown chemicals of any sort
    - Horseplay
    - Eat of drink
    - Sit on desks
    - LEAVE A SPILL UNATTENDED
